In order to continuously improve the management level and service level of nursing institutions for the aged, the Social Welfare Center of Ministry of Civil Affairs (hereafter referred to as the "Center"), entrusted by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, takes the research of supervision mechanism of nursing institutions for the aged in Beijing. On April 15, 2016, the delegation led by Zhen Bingliang, the secretary of the party committee of the Center, conducted a research on the project of supervision mechanism of nursing institutions for the aged in Yanqing District, Beijing accompanied by Wang Yuling, the deputy director general of Yanqing Civil Affairs Bureau. 

In the morning, the research group made a field visit to Housewarming Nursing Home and Houde Nursing Home; the group learned detailed information about the operation management situation and facing problems of the two institutions and listened to the opinions on institutional supervision of the person in charge of both nursing institutions for the aged. In the afternoon, a symposium on supervision mechanism of nursing institutions for the aged was held, and Deputy Director General Wang Yuling made an introduction to access permission, operation management, institutional supervision and other aspects of nursing institutions for the aged in Yanqing District, and representatives of Yanqing nursing institutions for the aged and industry association conducted reports of relevant problems. Both parties conducted a symposium on how to build supervision mechanism of nursing institutions for the aged, and the research laid a good foundation for the study of supervision mechanism of nursing institutions for the aged and the establishment of further supervision mechanism.
